The Kingdom of Bahrain is establishing the Bahrain International Commercial Court (BICC) as a leading, independent judicial body for settling international commercial disputes.

The BICC will provide a modern and efficient legal framework, reinforcing Bahrain's commitment to global trade, investment, and the rule of law.
